Mrs. Oyatta is the founding partner of the firm. She is a graduate of Keele University, Staffordshire, England. She holds a joint honours degree in Law & Politics and a Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. She was admitted to the Roll of Advocates in July 1998.
Upon completion of her degree course in the UK, Mrs. Oyatta attended pupillage at the firm of Amolo & Gacoka Advocates in 1997. She continued at the said firm where she was engaged as an associate for a period of 5 years.
She established the firm of Gadhia & Mucheru Co. Advocates together with Mr. Amit R. Gadhia Advocate in July 2003. After the retirement of Mr. Gadhia from partnership in 2011, Mrs. Oyatta took over the firm and changed its name to Mucheru-Oyatta & Associates Advocates.
Mr. Gad Gathu Kiragu is an Associate in the firm. He is a graduate of the University of Nairobi (LL.B Hons) and also holds a Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. He was admitted to the Roll of Advocates in January 2011.
Gad Gathu joined the firm on Pupillage in the year 2010 upon completion of his degree programme after which the firm engaged him as an Associate the following year due to his exemplary work.
He is currently in charge of the Litigation Department.
Mr. Paul Kiranga Kinyua is a graduate of the University of Nairobi (LL.B Hons) and also holds a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He was admitted to the Roll of Advocates in November 2011.
Prior to his admission, Paul Kiranga was engaged in the firm on pupillage from the year 2010 where he specialized in perfection of security documents, preparation of land Transfers, Incorporation of Companies and registration of business names, Intellectual Property and General Research.He is currently heading the Conveyancing department in the firm.
Caroline Kabaria is the Client Relations Manager (CRM).
She holds a Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) Diploma in Business administrator (BA) and a Higher diploma from East Africa School of Management. She also holds an ICDL certificate.
She has previously worked with Onyancha Bwomote Co. Advocates. She joined Mucheru-Oyatta & Associates in 2006 to date
Lennah Nzioki is the Front Office Manager (FOM).
She holds a KNEC Diploma in Business Administration from Intraglobal Training Institute and She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Management at Moi University - Nairobi Campus.
she joined the firm in 2010 to date.
Mrs. Merylyne Owiti is the Accountant of the firm. She holds a Diploma in Management of Inforrmation systems(IMIS) from KCA university. She also has a Diploma in Business Administration from the Kenya Institute of Management. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration degree at St. Pauls University.
Mr. Peter Omondi holds a certificate in Law from Nairobi Institute of Business Studies (NIBS). He also attained a certificate in ICDL from the Institute Of Advanced Technology. He joined the firm in 2005 to date.
Mr. Bradrick Lungaya Mwangu is the ICT Manager he holds a Diploma in law from Inoorero University. He also holds a certificate in ICDL1 & ICDL 2.
He is currently pursuing an LLB course at Mount Kenya University. He has previously worked with Alice Jonathan & Co. Advocates and the City council of Nairobi. He joined the Firm in 2012.
She is a graduate of Moi University, Eldoret (LLB Hons), holder of a Diploma from the Kenya School of Law and currently pursuing Certified Public Secretary (CPS) Part II.Hilda Ntinyari Mutwiri joined the firm in the year 2013.
